Your holiday baking plans just got an upgrade. Territory partner Toi et Moi's easiest-ever one-bowl, five-ingredient, no-bake cookies are made without gluten, dairy, and sugar, and are absolutely delicious.
Makes about one dozen cookies
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup creamy peanut or almond butter*
2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Working with 1 tablespoon of dough at a time, roll into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for as long as three months. Bring to room temperature before serving.
*Add an extra tablespoon if you're using almond butter.

3 cups shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 cup coconut oil
3 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch kosher salt
