Referral Terms and Conditions

Current Meal Credit Promotion: means the Meal Credit promotion that is described at www.territoryfoods.com/referrals at the time a Qualifying Order is placed.

Referred Friend: means someone who is not and has not previously been a Territory customer who you refer to us. A Referred Friend becomes your Referred Friend when they click on your unique referral link during registration for their new Territory account and complete a Qualifying Order. Only the person who creates the Referred Account is considered a Referred Friend and there can only be one Referred Friend for each Referred Account that is created.

Referred Account: means a new Territory account created by a Referred Friend who inputs your unique referral link during registration. Unique referral links for your account are available at www.territoryfoods.com/referrals.

Qualifying Order: means a Territory meal order that (i) is completed and paid for via the Territory platform by a Referred Friend; and (ii) has a total value indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials. A meal order will not be a Qualifying Order if it is cancelled before delivery or if the payment is refunded for any reason.

Your Referred Friend will receive the Current Meal Credit Promotion at the time of a Referred Friend’s first Qualifying Order. Depending on the Current Meal Credit Promotion, if you have earned Meal Credits, your Meal Credits will generally appear on your account within 10 business days of the date of the Qualifying Order. The amount of each Meal Credit will be based upon the Current Meal Credit Promotion.

You may not earn more than $500 per year in Meal Credits, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Current Meal Credit Promotion.

Meal Credits may only be redeemed at www.territoryfoods.com by logging in to your account. Meal Credits will automatically appear as “Meal Credit” on the checkout page, and must be used within one year from the date they are issued. Meal Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Meal Credits are non-transferable, which means that they can only be used toward meal orders from the account under which they were earned. Meal Credits may not be earned by creating multiple Territory Accounts and Meal Credits accrued in separate Territory accounts may not be combined into one Territory account.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Meal Credits, please contact us. Territory may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Territory’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Meal Credits.

Territory’s Referral Program is to be used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, and referral links may only shared with personal connections who you believe will appreciate receiving these invitations. If you publish or otherwise distribute your unique referral links beyond your personal connections (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia), Territory reserves the right to remove your Meal Credits and disqualify you from further participation in the Referral Program.

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Territory Customers, only the Territory Customer whose referral link is used at the time of a Referred Account is created will receive the Meal Credit.

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Territory may suspend, terminate, revalue, or modify, without liability or notice to you, all or part of the Referral Program or Meal Credit value structure at any time for any reason. Territory may adjudicate all Meal Credit discrepancies in Territory's sole discretion. Territory will not be liable to you for unused or forfeited Meal Credits and will not pay out or reimburse you in any way.

Territory reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove Meal Credits if there is any activity that is believed to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Territory Terms of Service. Territory reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at their sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate. Any decision Territory makes relating to termination or suspension of your participation in the Referral Program is final and binding.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Meal Credits can change at any time. Please be sure to visit www.territoryfoods.com/referrals to find the Current Meal Credit Promotion.

Territory can update these terms at any time with or without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.

Meal Credits cannot be combined with discounts or cash back unless otherwise stated. Meal Credits are not valid on purchases that were made prior to joining the Program. Meal Credits may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for reporting such items on your tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. You may not transfer any Meal Credits to any other person. Territory makes no warranties as to any Meal Credits.
